Mr. Aldhahab is the managing partner of Alsanabani & Aldhahab. He received his LL.M from Northwestern University School of Law in 2005 on a Fulbright Scholarship. He has also obtained a diploma on the foundation of American law from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Aldhahab started practicing law in Yemen after he received his bachelor's degree in law from Yarmouk University in Jordan in 1997.

He was called to the Yemeni Bar in 2000.

Mr. Aldhahab worked as the director of the legal department at the Arab Bank Ltd. in Yemen and also worked with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Yemen as a legal consultant. He consulted for the New York megafirm Allen & Overy. He consulted for Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP a Calgary based law firm on a State immunity case.

Adel was requested by U.S. law firms and by the U.S Department of Justice to testify as an expert witness before American courts as a specialist in Yemeni, Iraqi, Jordanian and Sharia law. Among other he provided expert report opinion for Florida courts for dispute worth $ 900 million and another report for California court for case involved a Middle Eastern country and American company.

Moreover, Mr. Aldhahab traveled to Germany in the May of 2007 to broker the dispute resolution of a highly-sensitive government case.

Mr. Aldhahab specializes in investment (reviewing $ 500 million investment agreements), contracts, acts involving the state, Sharia law and International Private Law.

Mr. Aldhahab is a member of the Yemeni Bar Association and Associate with the American Bar Association. He has many publications in English and Arabic about different legal issues and he was interviewed by international media; in the U.S, Jamaica, South Africa, U.K, Pakistan, U.A.E, Yemen and Germany about Sharia law and other legal issues.

Mr. Alsanabani is a partner of Alsanabani & Aldhahab and he manages Sanaa branch.

Mr. Alsanabani followed in his family's footsteps of great lawyers and judges when in 1996 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Sana'a University receiving his license in Sharia and Law.

Mr. Alsanabani is a litigator attorney before the Supreme Court in Yemen. He was part of a remarkable law case that engaged the Speaker of Parliament, and a Supreme Court Judge. He established an investment company with capital project of $ 130 million. He has participated in many legal and humanitarian programs in Switzerland, Japan, Lebanon, Egypt and South Africa.

Mr. Alsanabani is a member of the Yemeni Bar Association, Arab Bar Association and International Bar Association. He has published research on a multitude of legal issues.

Sultan got his LL.M from UCL London, U.K in 1986 and he got his LL.M from Kiev State University, Ukraine in1976.

Sultan worked for the Ministry of Legal Affairs as Legal consultant and he worked with Yemeni Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration as Secretary General. More over Sultan worked as the Director of Legal Department in the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, in addition he worked with the Law Office of Presidency and Cabinet

In 1996 Mr. Alozyrri graduated from the Faculty of Law at Sana'a University receiving his license in Sharia and Law. Mr. Alozyrri is a litigator before the Yemeni Supreme Court.

He participated in reviewing and drafting many Yemeni laws before they were approved by the Yemeni parliament. Not only did he perform such requests by the Yemeni Chamber of Commerce, he also reviewed investment law, taxation law, and mortgages and financial supply laws for the government.

Dr. Wajih got his bachelor degree with honour from Sanaa University in economic and management in 1991. He got his Master degree in Islamic economy with honour from Yarmouk University, Jordan in 1996 and he got his PHD in Islamic financing in 2001.

Dr. Wajih has been teaching as professor in Hodediah University and in different Yemeni Universities specializing in teaching economy for law school students and Islamic banking & Islamic financing. He served as well as manager for the Chamber of Commerce in Hodedia Governorate.

Dr. Alwajih has several published papers in different Islamic and economic issues. He has presented many papers and work plans in different conferences in the region.
